I offer a service that sends your customers a email or text message, asking for a review, with easy reminders so they can do it at a time that works for them.

On top of that, the customer has the option to rate their experience BEFORE they are at a review site, meaning you are avoiding potential bad reviews. This is a win-win scenario.

Thumbs Up: If the client had a great experience, it will lead to a screen that asks them for a review. On this screen we will show them several options of how to leave a review, with the type we are needing at the moment appearing larger & on the top.


Once they choose how they would like to leave a review, it will lead to a page that gives clear instructions on how to leave a review, and then lead them to the page to do so.

Thumbs Down: You can capture the bad review before it happens! If a client should say they had a bad experience, my system will send (the owner, or a manager of your choosing) an email regarding the complaint & give you the opportunity to correct the experience BEFORE they have a chance to tell anyone (online or in person) about the experience.

Low Risk of Negative Reviews Package
$150 Monthly/$1500 Annually
Ideal for contractors or consultants. People who cater to a handful of clients a month & usually in person - We will only need to update your client list once a month, typically to remind clients to leave a review.

Medium Risk of Negative Reviews Package
$200 Monthly/$2000 Annually
Ideal for a barber or hairstylist. Anyone who caters to many returning clients, but handle & need a number of new clients, too. We will only need to update their contacts twice a month, mainly to handle the higher quantity of clients.

High Risk of Negative Reviews Package
$300 Monthly/$3000 Annually
Ideal for restaurants, bars & high volume salons. Places where you have a large staff & cater to MANY customers each day. This establishment would need to reach their clients quickly - just in case there - are any complaints. We update your contacts weekly (twice a week - Monday & Friday - for $50 more a month)
